1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when registering an account, configuring sending domains, and creating email campaigns. This includes your name, work email address, company details, and billing information.

2. Tenant Isolation & Multi-Tenancy Privacy

Systomex is architected with strict multi-tenant boundary isolation. Your organization's contacts, templates, campaign records, and sending analytics are partitioned and inaccessible to any other tenant on the platform.

3. Subscriber & Recipient Data Processing

When you upload contact lists and schedule campaigns, you are the Data Controller and Systomex acts solely as the Data Processor. We process recipient email addresses exclusively to deliver your authorized messages, record bounce telemetry, and honor unsubscribe preferences.

We never sell, rent, monetize, or share your contact lists with third parties or advertisers under any circumstances.

4. Data Retention & Security

All customer passwords are cryptographically hashed using state-of-the-art Argon2id hashing algorithms. Session tokens are rotated on each use with automatic reuse detection. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption.
